Day 1 - Dunedin Airport - On arrival, you will collect your Rental Care - Holden Trax Auto for the short drive to your accommodation in Dunedin for 2 Nights
Day 1 - Dunedin - Central Apartment Hotel, Loft Studio Apartment - King Double, En-suite Kitchen, Bathroom & Sitting Area for 2 Nights
Day 2 - Dunedin - Morning to explore Dunedin, Baldwin Street the steepest street in the World, Heritage Buildings and Dunedin Railway Station / Afternoon Wildlife Tour collected from your accommodation around 3.00pm to include Royal Albatross and then a visit to a Private conservation Beach to include Yellow Eyed Penguins, Blue Penguins, Seals, and Sealions. Please note this tour includes a walk down to the beach and back up again so good walking ability is required, (Please note there is a Lighter Option of this Tour with transport down to the beach - please advise us if you would prefer this to the full walking tour)
Day 3 - Dunedin - Drive to Te Anua - The main drive is 4 Hours - However you have the choice to drive via the Catlins, this will take 6 to 7 Hours as many places of scenic beauty to stop - (Please advise us which route you would prefer when booking)
Day 3 - Te Anua - Boutique Bed & Breakfast with King Double Room with En-suite and views of Lake Te Anau to include Evening Drink and Breakfast for 2 Nights
Day 4 - Te Anua - Drive to Milford Sound this is New Zealand's most scenic drive taking 2 Hours each way + stops
Day 4 - Milford Sound - Nature Cruise with Lunch and Discovery centre return to Te Anau there are many scenic short walks to stunning vista's we will share with you
Day 5 - Te Anua - Drive the short distance to Manapouri for check-in at 12.10pm for your Overnight Cruise of Doubtful Sound with Double/Twin Cabin Ensuite to include Afternoon tea, Dinner, and Breakfast plus Small boat or Kayak excursions
Day 6 - Manapouri - Drive to Queenstown Boutique Bed & Breakfast to include Evening Drink and Breakfast for 2 Nights
Day 7 - Queenstown - Morning Drive to Glenorchy, this is New Zealand's most scenic drive, on arrival you will check-in for your Full Day Dart River Funyak Safari to include Jet Boat up into the Mt Aspiring National Park, then Funyak Canoes to gently glide down the Glenorchy river to a lunch spot. After Lunch, you make your way up an ancient Gorge in azure blue water to a waterfall, before making your way down the river to the end of your tour
Day 8 - Queenstown - Drive to Wanaka via Otago Wine Region or Crown Range Road
Day 8 - Wanaka - Boutique Bed & Breakfast with Loft Suite with views, King Bed, Living area and Bathroom to include Breakfast for 2 Nights
Day 9 - Wanaka - Morning Eco Cruise to Mou Waho Island with Guided scenic walk to stunning viewpoints and morning tea with the Weka Bird, you will help plant a tree and learn of the many unique points of this island / On return you have time to explore Wanaka
Day 10 - Wanaka - Drive to Franz Josef Glacier on route today there are many scenic short to medium walks to see Lakes, Waterfalls, King Penguins, Petrified Forests, Lake Matheson and in your Itinerary, we share these with you
Day 10 - Franz Josef Glacier - Bed & Breakfast Lodge, with King Double Room, En-suite with main Lodge Lounge to include Breakfast for 1 Night
Day 10 - Franz Josef Glacier - Glacier Hot Thermal Pools General Entry on edge of Rain Forest - Late evening Terrace Walk to see Glow Worms in the natural habitat
Day 11 - Franz Josef Glacier - Drive to Greymouth Station passing through Hokitika and the perfect place to stop for a Coffee Latte and to explore the shops for Greenstone the beautiful stone called Pounamu by the Maori People. On arrival at Greymouth Station, where you will drop your Car Rental and take the scenic Tranz Alpine Train to Christchurch
Day 11 - Christchurch - Meet & Greet Christchurch Station with transfer to Boutique Bed & Breakfast to include Evening Drink and Breakfast for 1 Night.
Day 12 - Christchurch - Collect your Car Rental from City Depot at 10.00am - Drive to Kaikoura taking you via the Waipara Valley Wine Region
Day 12 - Kaikoura - Oceanview Coastal Retreat with stunning views of the Ocean, King Bed and Living Room / Dining / Kitchen - Breakfast Provisions.
Day 13 - Kaikoura - Morning Whale Watch Cruise / After Drive north to Blenheim
Day 13 - Blenheim - Famous Winery Vineyard Cottage for 2 Nights to include Breakfast Basket
Day 14 - Blenheim - Private Wine Tour visiting Boutique Wineries for tastings to include Lunch at Winery
